The Pursue philosophy

Pursue is Jackson Hole’s premier training facility, offering group fitness and yoga classes, including Strength, Condition, Barre, Mat Pilates, Megaformer and Yoga.
Our goal is to educate individuals on the importance of creating a strong health foundation, built on functional training methods and findings in exercise science, to both prevent injury and yield results. We have assembled an outstanding collection of coaches to guide you through a variety of programming that will lead you to your fitness and performance goals.
The Methodology
At Pursue we believe there are three pillars of fitness:
STRENGTH + ENDURANCE + FLEXIBILITY
Each of our class offerings emphasizes one of these pillars; we believe bodies should be trained differently each day to optimize cardiovascular health, muscle stimulation & growth, and restoration & lengthening. This is why we have three studios under one roof!
